A Church Born in Revival
It was in 1995, when revival fires were sweeping through the nations, that our pastors were powerfully impacted and started a journey that eventually led them to start The River Church in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2004.
Then in 2007, our pastors had another powerful encounter and received an assignment to purchase properties to expand the ministry. In 2011, the Word was confirmed, and we purchased what we call "The Miracle on Monument Road."
Our mandate is to create a place where people can experience the manifest Presence of God and be transformed by that encounter. We would love to welcome you to an upcoming meeting and have you worship with us.

Pastor Phil and Evie have dedicated their lives to cultivating a culture of the presence of God in Jacksonville and beyond. Their passion is to see people encounter Jesus in a real and transformative way — and to raise up sons and daughters who carry Kingdom revelation to the nations.
